Assessment centers are closed during the following holidays:

  • Memorial Day / Weekend
  • Independence Day / Weekend
  • Labor Day / Weekend
  • Thanksgiving Day / Weekend
  • Christmas Day / Weekend

 

The state of Florida uses Pearson VUE for their testing services. First you must apply for your license with the Florida Division of Real Estate (DRE), then you must register with Pearson VUE by calling (888) 204-6289. You must do both before you may take the state licensing exam. The DRE application can be completed online, but you must call Pearson VUE to make an exam reservation once your application has been approved. Below is a list of cities where testing is offered. Exact locations will be given to you by Pearson VUE once you have registered with them.
