Continue your success story here!

This 72-hour pre-licensing classroom course includes relevant information on appraising, financial analysis, property management, investment analysis and the operation of a brokerage office.

Whether or not you intend to operate a brokerage firm, this course will provide valuable knowledge and increase your income.

This classroom course meets all the education requirements of the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) for your Florida real estate broker license. Our school license number is ZH45653. Our FREC approval number for this course is #00018265. The course is based on Florida's premier real estate textbook, Florida Real Estate Brokers Guide. You get the latest legal and practical aspects to help you pass Florida's challenging state exam.

One of our highly qualified instructors will conduct the course and keep you actively engaged throughout.

It will take 72 hours to complete the course. We’ll send your textbook before class. We recommend that you read the material before class so you’ll be totally prepared for the course. You must pass a final 100-question timed multiple-choice examination and achieve a score of at least 70 percent to pass. If you fail your first exam, you may take a second exam after waiting at least one month (and not more than one year) from the date of your first exam.

You should carefully review qualifications for a Florida real estate broker license before enrolling in this course.
